Price increase not fair and not neg

Hi Adt contacted me on a price increase and said if I m not happy i should call them back regarding the increase ,however they said they could do nothing about the increase and i have been with Adt for almost one year . This is not fair and not customer satisfying as other companies like Blue security have not increased their fees . looks like this will be my last year with Adt along with the other 50 people in our neighborhood as the service of Adt is not justifiable , according to the contract they respond in 5 to 10 minutes not true . We have more Blue security in our area than Adt . When i signed the contract the sale person said i got a discount rate as Mr Ryan Buys offered Merebank a special rate to residence when he had a community meeting with us . So does Adt prefer to lose many customers over the price increase , just shunt the customers aside or try to keep the customers they as soon many will move to Blue which is entering our area.Blue is offering a fixed 24 month contract for R285 incl vat , asked if price would increase after 12 month the guy at Blue said its fixed unlike other security companies . So how can Adt justify the increase with already poor service
