PRICE INCREASE FOR WHAT? AS YOU PROVIDE NO SERVICES

I got an email from ADT advising my subscription is going back next month due to petrol increases and load shedding etc. Which was taking my current subscription for a resident to over R500.

I sent ADT two emails before someone responded and my objection to this was that there is never a proactive patrol at all since December 2019 so why do they want to increase my subscription? Increase the residents whom you constantly give proactive patrols through like in Auckland Park. Even when my alarm does go off and I'm not at home I dont even know if you come out as there is no slip advising ADT was there.

A lady called and said she will investigate and come back to me, and I'm still waiting for the past two weeks. Next week is the 25th and I want to see what is being deducted as I gave ADT 30 days notice of my cancellation request and this still has not being finalized. All hell will break loose if you dare debit me for your lack of service and accountability
