Pretty useless dealing with people's lives shouldn't be taken so relaxed

This is the 3rd consecutive time my alarm has gone off and all 3 times nobody has bothered to contact me...these are peoples lives you are dealing with take it serious.. Have no interest to get this resolved will be going with Chubb for sure
