This reckless behavior not only puts your employees at risk but also endangers the public, who could be inadvertently harmed by a stray bullet or other accident.

Furthermore, the fact that your employees were handling firearms in the middle of the street is a clear violation of local ordinances and law. This behavior not only reflects poorly on your company but also puts you at risk of legal action and reputational damage.

This includes proper changing of firaems when giving over to the next or in a room or changing hub with a bullet trap.
