poor servive

I have been reporting my alarm for past 3 weeks because it keeps on activating itsel, every time when they phone,I have been telling them that the alarm keep on activating itself.on friday last week 28 august I was phone by one of consultant I told him the problem then I ve made request to phone me after 15:00 because I was at work,he wanted me to reset alarm,but no one phoned me,so the alarm keep on activating itself,what makes me angry is that today 5 september, I am on my way to kzn they have been calling me because of alarm activating in my house,if the matter was attended aftrr telling them the problem,adt service sucks a lot,now I will be panicing because I don't know what will happen because I am far away,if such problems are reported they must attend to it sooner the better,
