Poor services . Poor everything

Have had my system for a year and never a week goes passed without a problem on 14th April I wrote a complaint and the technician came out to repair and now not even a month later I have another problem never in all my years have I had such poor service ever it's disgusting really it it. My account is bar01 if anyone will call me back which I know they will not. I have been with a few companies in my life and this one surely takes the cake.
