Poor services of ADT security company

The company does not keep its promises. I once had an account with them which I cancelled. They promised to reduce my monthly service to R300 because I wanted to terminate the contract. They reduction to R300 was never implemented. I cancelled and took a new security company. They handed me over to their lawyers. The company is *********** in handling accounts.
