poor services

On the 11 march 2014 an adt security came to my house and claimed that the alarm was crying and I told him it only range when I entered the house at 16:00 and He was there at 18:30 then I requisted He give me the receipt because He wrote the time He was at my place.The next day 12 march 2014 there was a burglary at my place and they stole my properties.Then when I arrived at the scene I went straight inside the house thats when the alarm rang. They called after 10 minutes then they send security and I explained everything to him then He called their head, He also came and checked if the alarm was working and to his surprises it was working but it didnt rang when the intruders went into the house. He promised to bring the technician to reschedule the system indeed the appointment was made and He came on 14 march 2014 He came and the report He gave me was there was no fault with the system. I waited for adt to reply to my email but they didnt I called them and they promised to call me back but they didnt. I was so angry I decided to cancel the contract with them because there is no use of having adt in the house but people can be able to ***** and they rep**** to that email Immedia
