Poor services

I called the company on the 5th of January 2024 to cancel their services and I was told to write a Cancelation email of which I did and a follow up call was made and the 30 days waiting period and payment was explained of which I agreed. On the 1st of February 2024 the Radio was removed. On the 01 March debit order went through of R426.55 which is the 30 days waiting period to my understanding. On the 15 of March I received statement stating that I owe money to the company of which I called and I was never assisted and I opted to write an email to them regard this with no response till now. The 25th of March another R426.55 was deducted, I've tried to reverse it and my bank informed me that I was blocked by the company to reverse the money. I called and I spoke to an agent called Thalia on the 25th and she referred me to accounts department where I was told that they need to investigate this. On the 28th of this month I received a detailed statement and when I looked I could see that the was no reason for deduction on the 25th of March. I responded on the email but with no response till today. I called today and I spoke to an agent called Theresa and she told me someone already sent email to accounts department and I believe this is the email that was sent while I was on the line on the 25th of March. Theresa told me that she will do follow up on this and revert back to me. What I don't understand is me having to use my money and make calls to the company that owes me. I've sent emails to customer services and even attempted to call head office but with no luck.
