Poor service, seemingly uncaring attitude

<p>Since installing the alarm system in my home in February, I have had endless problems with it. It seems every month the battery gets drained to the point where it stops working. Every time I have to phone them about 5 times, hanging on for endless minutes waiting for someone to help me, only to be put through to the next person. It doesn't look like they are capable of either installing a properly working system, or fixing it. I am tired of struggling, and will soon be switching to a different security company. </p>
