Poor service is being rendered by adt

I app**** for security in my home to be looked at to as i found it in my house when i bought the house.they came and tested everything and said its all ok but now everytime or mostly when electric is gone i get faulse alarm my battery is full.when i send them they tell me we cant gain access to your home but my question is that when you did system check you didn't see that i mustn't sign the deal before i make acces that you want to use incase of emergency. I am realy not happy with these service i ve been patient enough with them.i want out i dont see the value of my money.i ll need another one
