Poor Service from Fidelity ADT

Since Fidelity bought shares from ADT, shame the service is a disgrace. On the 10/10/2020, 02h40am I receive a call from ADT control room, informing me about an alarm Activation. I explained to them that I was at a funeral, the control room operator said they cannot help me apparently the contract that I have send is for only monitoring, mind you I explained to salesperson that I wanted an armed Response incase of emergency. I even paid for extra so that ADT can be visible or do redom patrols. I came at a stage that I canceled that for extra patrols because one of their sales told me that the Area of brits, letlhabile doesn't have enough vehicles, meaning it was a *******. The control room operator told me that she was going to call police, I did not understand because ADT should respond. I had to wake up neighbors and asked them to check for me. I'm canceling my contract with them. NB last month I wanted to cancel they said they are giving me 3 month holiday. Now I m canceling, please don't sign contract with that company ADT Fidelity avoid stress.
