Poor service from ADT☹️

I should have listened when people warned me about ADT and their poor service. I reported a faulty system just over a week ago and it still hasn’t been sorted out. I called them and I told them that I want to cancel my contract with them as their system is faulty and it pointless for me to have it because it is not working properly.

They promised me that they will try to get a technician to come and check it out. Thirty minutes later I got a call and I was told that a technician will come within 15-20 minutes. It has been three hours and the technician is still not here.

I want nothing to do with ADT fidelity. I just want to cancel my contact with them as I cannot trust them anymore.
