Poor service

ADT --Do not care --the CEO Mr Bartman says he and his managers are hands on --good customer service --very far from the truth No one can help ,no one who can make decisions phone you back ---you say you want to cancel ---they just say cancel --company has got to big and do not care You the customer has to repair there rental units ,your cost but new customers get a system free --so happy to get new customers but dont care about old customers ---as I keep saying ADT dont care ---I know nothing will be fixed ,doubt I will even get a call --but a voice goes a long way ---all I deal with ,which is a lot will be told ADT dont care
