Poor service delivery from ADT... Should not be recommended

For a company that does so many adverti*****ts on every platform, actually doesn't provide services they promise costumers on the advertising... I get emails on new products and services they offer on a daily Basis but when i call into the call center for basis patrols or armed response to my property... I am always told the matter is being escalated to a response manager... But either nobody calls, and we wont have any patrols beyond the day off the call... People have broken into my yard 4 times in the past 2 months and when ever we alerted ADT via the panic or called in, the response time is very long...
