Poor Service Delivery

Good Day Kindly assist recently I have an issue with alarm and called the call centre and spoke to a technician who advised me that the battery seems faulty and need to be changed I then changed the battery and the issue still persists ,I then called and requested for a technician to come out I was once again pushed from pillow to post as the technician first advised 12pm then 1pm when I called the the technician only landed up to check the issue at 1:30pm
