POOR SERVICE DELIVERY
OUR FACTORY WAS BROKEN INTO ON SATURDAY NIGHT, NO ONE CALLED. WHEN WE CALL ON MONDAY TO ADVISE THAT THERE WAS A BREAK IN, WE GET A NO CARE ATTITUDE. STILL TODAY NO ONE HAS COME BACK TO USE OR TO THE FACTORY TO INVESTIGATE.... YOU CANT SPEAK TO A MANAGER/DIRECTOR FOR ANY COMPLAINTS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. THREE FACTORIES WERE HIT IN ONE NIGHT ALL ADT CLIENTS!!!!
