Poor Service

ADT is slowly becoming useless, we stay in a new development that is targeted daily, with a number of break inns and attempted break inns. In October our keypad stopped working and it was reported and said a technician would come and check what is the problem. Till today no one has come, that time just yesterday they tried to break into one of the neighbour's house. Kanti what is the point of having an alarm system if you can't even have your technical issues sorted.
