Poor service. Call centre very unhelpful.

Phoned call centre and was holding for an hour only to be transferred to the next consultant without any assistance. Want to cancel the contract but unable to get assistance or even an email address to do so. Never experienced such difficulty to get transferred to the right department to cancel my contract, with good reason. They promised to send me an sms with an email address and I am still waiting.
