Poor service and unreliable

I am so disappointed with the services I am receiving from Fedelity Adt, we had attempted house ******* on the 1st Dec 2023 and my husband was shot. Immediately after alarm activation, their call centre called and I told them we are having intruders in our yard and they have shot my husband, they arrived 40minutes later. I took my husband to the hospital and they never bothered to come and take a statement until I asked them 3 days post the incident. I reported that one of the front beam was shot,and if they may please send technician to check out if the whole alarm system it is still functional, to date, they have never sent any of their technicians regardless of how many times I have made follow up with them. On the 15th Dec another incident happened, the alarm was activated for few minutes and deactivated,whereby the ****s stole 1 of our solar panel. To date, no technician was sent to check the functionality of their alarm system. I will never recommend ADT even to my worst enemy😢😢
