Poor service and *****ulent transactions

After several attempts to get my contract canceled with them due to bad and poor service, not forgetting double debits on my accounts. They still have not resolved my issues. Instead every mail call I make is being ignore. Area manager for Benoni has refused to talk to me and could be heard on the background tell the consultant that I must be told they are busy in a meeting.
