Poor Service and *******

I had a ******* on the 6th February 2015 at 15:30, my alarm went off and I received a call from ADT to notify me about the alarm activation. I instructed the agent to send someone to my house immediately. I also called ADT, 10 minutes later and they advised me that they had been to my house and there was no break ins and that the house was okay. THIS WAS A LIE!!! It took them close to an hour to get to my house and then blamed it on load shedding, when there was no load shedding in our area and surrounding areas at that time. I found out later that the first person to call me, cancelled the call saying she spoke to Samuel, who the hell is Samuel! I went home and upon arriving at my house I had seen my gate broken as well as my door. When I requested that someone be put at my property that evening as I had no way to lock the door that was hung in the interim, I was told that ADT could not help me. I will be holding ADT liable for the losses we experienced and the emotional distress we have been put through since that day. I have lodged a complaint/claim and had no feedback! I call ADT nearly everyday and I'm told they will get back to me which never happens.<br> <br> Salmaan
