Poor service ADT Response
My alarm was triggered at 12:44 in Ashley Pinetown, but ADT's armed response only arrived at 13:15, 30 minutes after the alarm was triggered. I got home before they arrived; I don't know why I still pay for armed response. Thankfully, this was a false alarm.
