Poor Service ADT and no Refund

I attempted to make contact with ADT for armed response and monitoring via their website.

A week passed and there was no response. I then called them and they said the area rep. would call. I waited for a few days and did not receive a call.

I called again and eventually a rep. called and made an appointment to come and see me to quote. After a few days I called to say that I accepted the quote and the rep. emailed me the documents which I completed.

A few days passed and again no communication from the company and the rep. In all this time my property was vulnerable and I expected that they would have sent a technical team to come and install the radio and connect me to their system asap. Day four after signing the contract I then made the decision to cancel as I was not happy with the slow service and this is probably what I will experience with the armed response and monitoring.

A few days later they deducted R462.15 from my account. I email them to refund me and called them and up until now I have not received the refund for a service that was not rendered.
