Poor service ADT

I have been so lenient the whole time now but you guys are messing me around and took my money but I have no product installed yet(upgrade)

It has been a month and nothing my family is at risk and was at risk but het guess I must just fall in line while you guys mess up and make me wait. I need my issue sorted or pay back my money and take back your alarm.
