POOR SERVICE actually Utterly Disgustung Service from ADT

ADT is only interested in money and not customer service. A month ago I posted about their poor service then I was called by a sertian Carrie Anne Goosen and promised the world as they wanted to retain me as a customer. Till fate I asked that a I get called by somebody senior at customer services as I have NEVER had satisfactory service from ADT ever since we joined them. So now today I get a threatening sms and a very rude lady by the name of Phindile who I spoke with me about the outstanding payments. My contract expired already and I was assured that ADT will call me. So now suddenly when I stop payments the can call. Where is the customer service. Furthermore Phindile needs to explain to me wher she gets the amount of R 1993 as I have proof of debit orders collected and debit orders stopped.Now when I want to cancel you suddenly get calls and demands, First pick up the level of the service provided and get true and honest service providers. I was promised that we will get a call from ADT directly to extend my contract and tailormake a package to suite our requirements. So far NOTHINF
