Poor Service
My name is Anna Kriel, I live in Windsor East. ADT was informed of a blue car that was watching my house with 4 men in the car on Saturday, 30 November. I called ADT to ask them to patrol. On Wednesday, 04 December at 3am they cut my razor wire to gain access to my property. I called ADT on Wednesday evening at 18h00 and no one responded. Also no one is patrolling the area at all. The monthly payment costs a lot but there is no service. I will not recommend ADT. I have had to hire a personal security guard to watch my property at night because I'm scared that the ******s will return.
