Poor service

I am still trying to recover from the poor service that I have received from ADT this weekend when we were ****** at home and I called them at 7:03 and they only responded at 7:15 and they saw the getaway vehicle and they did nothing.

I spoke with the head of the response team Monday and he promised me to forward me the report as well the phone calls that they claim that the employees from their call centre alerted the SAPS of the house ******* that was taking place at the time.

I made numerous phone calls to their call center to notify them that they needed to send an armed response to my house and none of that took place when there was a need. I am demanding to get those records from the call centre and find out where the vehicles were parked when they were alerted of the *******.

The ADT vehicles usually parks 1 minute away from where the ******* took place and if you are not willing to share those reports with me, I will be forced to cancel the contract with you and look for a company that is goal driven of meeting the customer satisfaction not this poor pathetic *********** services, I received from ADT.
