Poor service

Very poor service. I had a new alarm system installed and less than a month later there was an issue with it. They came out and said a circuit board needed replaced. After about 10 days i followed up as I had hear nothing. I have since emailed them 3 times since then yet still no response or resolution. Its pathetic they are happy to take your money but not provide a service. The joke is their email address is called "always there"
