Poor Service

My outside boom alarm went off @ 03h15 this morning,I saw 2 men in my yard trying to enter the house,I then screamed at them but could only saw their backs,I left the alarm on for 5min to scare them.ADT called me @ 03h28 to find out if they must send somebody (really,asking that)which I rep**** yes.I called ADT again @ 04h00 as nobody arrived.ADT only arrived around 04h10,which I had to hear there is only one car available for Eldorado Park.I`m a paying member and this is the treatment I`m getting,What if those guys decided to force themselves into the house,raping and killing us..I was promise upon joining of 1hrly patrolling in the area but this have never happen either.This is the third time ADT fails to send out help in time,last time the call center assisgn to the wrong address.Is ADT only sufficient in the suburbs
