Poor service

I was contacted by ADT control room on Thursday 14th May 2015 at 06:35pm. The agent on line called me to let me know that the alarm had triggered. I asked her to get an ADT van/car to stop at the premises and check if all is in order and I also requested her to call me back. I have never heard from ADT since. This consultant did not call me back and I was not given any feedback as to the situation at my business premises. Pathetic and unacceptable service, which I pay for. I would like to no why I was never contacted with feedback as per my request. This is not the type of service I expect especially it being a businesses premises.
