poor service

terrible service waiting for more than 10 minutes when eventually my call was answered the lady ask me who was my consultant that sold me the service for the alarm i said I was knowledged as this was a complain on my sudden increase in my service fees she said hold the line and then cut my call . so much about friendly service they advise on their call advertising system but that was rude and poor
