Poor service

<p>I'm disappointed by the service from ADT security services how do you debit a persons account if you have no agreement or any device set up , I cancelled with ADT before anything kicked off called the sales agent who was assisting and was assured that all is cancelled but now I'm in a battle with them as they debit my account whenever they want to debit even if they are aware nothing was installed and with a cancellation done .</p>
