Poor service

<p>ADT (Pretoria) has earned a poor service award frm me. I'm a long time customer but the poor service I have endured has led to this</p> <p>If they are not sending you ridiculous marketing messages whilst you are already a client tht they are irritating frequently.</p> <p>What is worse is when they then promiae you a service OR a response and do nothing afterwards</p> <p>Try calling their ridiculously unresponsive call centre and you hold forever whilst they keep telling about how good their service is</p> <p>A simple service booking is like trying to irrigate plants with tears and hoping they'd grow some day.</p> <p>My last request for an ADT sign board (which you would think they would deop off for you same day as it is part of their security and marketing plan) has taken a month (and I am still waiting)</p> <p>Congratulations ADT. </p>
