Poor service

<p>I've complained about the service received from Adt in the passed and wanted them to cancel my account with them they promised me better service which they gave for a month then the service went down again, the last week my area has been a hot spot for break in's and hijackings last night round 2am 4 guy's tried to break into my house called Adt this morning to complain because we never see them in the area asked to speak to management they told me a manager will call me within 30 minutes which hasn't happened. We pay for a service that we don't get and there is no visible presence of patrols in a hot spot area, I've now had enough with Adt and will be looking at other companies in the area. </p>
