Poor service

<p>I have called and also requested ADT Security Vaal to call me back to instal an alarm system at my house after i had a break in. Since Monday 26 September, they said someone would call and arrange to come. How hard is it? I thought I was bringing business and I would be gladly assisted. This is a very bad service I received from a company I really admired. My concern is if they failing to assist me now what more when I'm using their services.</p>
