Poor service

<p>Our alarm keeps on going off and on for no apparent reason, and every time it does that an agent will always call to confirm if everything is all right, be it be in the middle of the night when we are sleeping or during the day, i have small kids who can't sleep and have to wake up in the middle of the night every time the alarm goes off/on, this has been happening for the last 3 to 4 months, the technicians have been to our place several times to try and fix it but the same thing still happens....</p>
