Poor service

Really Adt can't even just reply to a simply email where I'm requiring for them to just give the amount due to paid as from June...called the call centre yesterday and holding told was more then 7mins which the phone ended up cutting really.. Disgusting service just pick the phone and call the client don't be lazy
