Poor service ?

Very poor service. I have to keep on calling to tell them there ****ty alarm is not working when they do come out and fix it they say I must pay for there alarm that is not working. This has happened three times now. And today is the 4th time. They come out to fix it and say sorry we don’t have the equipment to fix your problem someone els will come later. Later has come and gone no one has bothered to call or come and sort it out.
