Poor Service
This morning an intruder was caught red handed on our premises *****ing our copper pipes. I immediately pressed the panic button, whilst my dad fended him off. That was over 2 hours ago and ADT have yet to respond. This is really disappointing and absolutely poor service. I am seriously reconsidering continuing business with them. This was a real emergency and ADT did not even bother to call. Really pathetic service and very disappointed.
