poor service

Service from ADT is the worse I have ever received,Dec I wrote a complain to hello Peter about ADT service,then i was called to test my alarm after that the consultant suggested that they will send a technician,no explanation was given to me about the fee.When the technician come he explained to me that they will charge me ,that explanation was supposed to be given to me by the consultant who was helping me .After receiving invoice from him.i wrote another complain to hello peter then ADT responded to hello peter by saying someone will contact me ,till today no one contacted me.To them is all about making money out of poor people what kind of service is rendered to client if proper explanation is not given, on the 23th January i received call from Smanga ADT guy asking me about payment I was angry because when i told Smanga that no one explained to me about the fee he was also suprised en he even said how did it happened he said he will escalated matter to his boss ,he will comeback to me but i haven't received any thing ,only technician who gave me that explanation when he come to me,you cant send a person knowing very well that the is a fee that a client is suppose to pay.I pay this company every month but i am treated as if some other moths they dont get what is due to them.
