Poor Service
ADT repaired the blue LED light that shows whether my alarm is on or off a while ago. Now I cannot see whether the alarm is set or not. Have called ADT a number of times and had appointments for this to be fixed - only nobody pitched.
Not being able to see whether alarm set or not I do get false alarms - now they want to charge me for alarms when they have not kept appointments to fix my alarm (which is still under warranty) in the first place!!
