Poor service

Last night our alarm went off 4 times with outside beams activated, adt consultant called and i asked for a response, no response unit was send to our home the whole night. Today at around 8 there was an istruder i the yard, i presssed panic button and called adt offices, no response unit was send to check.yet every month they expect payments from us.

Your services are pathetic to say the list. At this moment i dont see a need to continue with ADT.
