Poor Service

I had a new alarm system installed a week or two ago. The salesman Nelius Els assured me that if I paid cash for the system I would get the first two months free(It's advertised on the website as well). I asked Nelius to confirm this a week ago and I'm still waiting on feedback. Nelius has not been helpful at all as I constantly have to call him to follow up on certain things. A week after the alarm was installed I had to contact Nelius to find out if the armed response was active etc. I am also in sales and this is totally unacceptable. He should properly explain to his clients how things are going to work otherwise ADT will loose a lot of clients.
