Poor Service

Saturday, 6 Jan I had alarm activation and got home before the response officer. By this time there was already a burglary at my place. After this I had requested visible patrolling and don't have the confidence that this is happening (I've never seen ADT patrol car in the area regardless of number of advert boards in the homes in the area. I assumed because of boards they have many clients in the area). <br> <br> Today I had alarm activation but the officer got here just after 20 minutes of alarm activation. I think this is long time making me doubt the level of service rendered and urgency. <br> <br> I am forced to physically guard my property compelling me to get someone at home during the day when I'm at work. TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED
