Poor sales service appointments

ADT i am not impressed with your service when it comes to Sales rep appointments. This is the second time in the last 2 years that the rep says they are double booked. I received an sms confirming a 10am appointment. At 09h57 i phone the rep to confirm since i received no further confirmation, and she says oh sorry she is in Melkbosstrand at another appointment and that she was double booked. I asked can she see me later this afternoon...oh no she has too much work. You are quick to give me calls on the level of service provided, but i must say i am not impressed with your Sales dept.
