Poor response time on queries / requests
Dear ADT,<br> <br> It is war if a debit order bounce but if a client ask something, nothing happens.<br> <br> Can someone who works in the PTA office please contact me <br> <br> The persons i usually contacted resigned. I logged a query online, still await any response !<br> <br> Seriously, very bad service
