Poor response time
This is my 3rd incident about the poor response time, ADT blamed Securipro. This evening my alarm activated and I received a call at 7:54pm, requesting the armed response to be dispatched. Securipro arrived 9:22pm and the guard says he was only notified 10 minutes ago. Who is to blame and guard says he been having the same complaints. Please provide feedback and people needs to know about this poor service. Lucky for my family it was a false alarm
