Poor response time

<p>On 02/12/2016 my home was burgled. The intruder spent approximately half an hour in my house before I arrived. ADT did try to contact me at approx 2:15pm...however I missed the call. When I reached home at 2:30pm and noticed the break-in, I contacted ADT and they arrived at approx 2:45pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>About 10 days later, my alarm went off at night while we were asleep (+- 11:45pm). ADT DID NOT CALL AT ALL!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My issue with the first incident is:-</p> <p> </p> <p>WHY DIDNT ADT DISPATCH AN ARMED REACTION OFFICER WHEN THEY COULD NOT GET HOLD OF ME TELEPHONICALLY. WHAT IF (GOD FORBID) WE WERE ALL TIED UP AND UNABLE TO ANSWER THE CALL!!!! IF I DID NOT CALL AT 2:30pm, IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT ADT WOULD HAVE EVER RESPONDED. </p> <p> </p> <p>The ***** only escaped after 2:30pm...If a reaction officer was dispatched, the intruder would have been apprehended!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>My neighbour moved over to a competitor about a year ago. He mentioned to me that he switched over from ADT due to their PATHETIC response times. Unfortunately I did not heed his call because up to this point there was no need for me to call ADT.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed</p>
