Poor response time

<p>I have been using ADT for my armed response since March on a trial basis. Armed response times have been 12min and 15min. Shocking! Not good enough! Still waiting a week later for someone from ADT to have the decency to return my call and give me a reason. Still waiting. Just had the same experience this morning. Stil waiting for someone to contact me. What response time was advertised to me by the sales guy...5min!!!</p>
